EXECUTIVE TRAINING

For employees in the real estate sector who wish to develop their skills, the EREM chair offers a 98-hour skill block entitled “Steering and innovation of real estate activities”.

This skill block fundable at the CPF allows a partial validation of the Master’s degree in Management and development of property assets awarded by the IAE Metz – University of Lorraine.

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

Mobilise skills in Property techniques, Property Marketing, Project management applied to property, Dashboard and performance management, and Profitability analysis and property investments;

Identify digital uses and the impacts of their evolution on property management.

This training is aimed at property professionals: property agent, condominium trustee / property administrator, property developer
