  • SYMPOSIUM:

PROJECTICS 2020 CONFERENCE: ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR INNOVATION IN TRAINING This year, the challenge of this Projective international colloquium is to question the new ways of approaching pedagogy in higher education by promoting the disciplinary departitioning and the meeting between the actors of training so that they can share their experiences.

Many tools at the moment make it possible to undertake training differently, especially within organisations that are becoming more and more complex whether through digital, simulation, situational, project-based pedagogy, pedagogy by action, skills-based approach… This symposium aims to present the reasons why training actors have been led to undertake complexity by and in training, as well as the different ways of doing so.

This symposium will take place at Universiapolis on April 21st and 22nd, 2020.

Projectics CONFERENCE 2019

In March 2019, the Projectique symposium entitled “Entrepreneurship for innovation in training” was held in Agadir, Morocco, organised jointly by the Lorraine Management Innovation Collegium and Universiapolis of Agadir. About forty people were present from about ten different countries. The challenge of this international symposium was to question the new ways of approaching the complexity of organisations in terms of training. Many tools currently make it possible to undertake training differently, especially within organisations that are becoming more and more complex, whether through digital technology, simulation, situational awareness, project-based pedagogy, action-based pedagogy, skills-based approach… This symposium showed the reasons why training actors were led to undertake complexity by and in training, as well as the different ways to do it.
