The 1st year of Master’s degree in Human Resources Management provides access to the following 2nd year:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organisations (GRHO) Metz
- To acquire theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge in the field of strategic and operational management of human resources. It focuses more particularly on understanding the role of innovative management tools in the organisation, and apprehends their implementation through the research-intervention approach and the contribution of human sciences (philosophy, psychology, sociology, information and communication sciences).
- Master’s Degree in Strategic Development of Human Resources Nancy
- To acquire academic knowledge, professional skills and methodological tools in the field of Human Resources. Certified as an HR Master of excellence within the “HR Reference” network (www.reference-rh.org), the degree is also distinguished by the links it maintains with professional circles, and in particular with the National Association of HR Managers (ANDRH Lorraine, www.andrh.fr ), partner of the master since its foundation
- OPTION GES: The HR Guarantor of Social Balances. This option deepens social dialogue and collective bargaining (quality of life at work, well-being and support for change)
- OPTION AC: The HR Architect of Skills. This option details more specifically how HR builds the individual and collective skills of organisations, by integrating more strongly individual issues (career paths, training..) and the role of proximity management.
