Have you ever heard of CSR? Does the organisations’ social responsibility (RSO) sound familiar to you? What is this trend that everyone is talking about in the professional world today?
The Lorraine Management Innovation Collegium and its components, the IAE Metz – School of Management, the IAE Nancy – School of Management and the Institute of Digital Sciences, Management and Cognition (IDMC) have imagined a thematic week called “Let’s dare the RSO”.
The goal? To make participants aware of sustainable development and the social responsibility of organisations and to encourage them to think and design committed, sustainable and responsible projects.
The place and the date? From May 31st to June 3rd at the IAE Nancy and from June 21st to 24th at the IAE Metz. After this period of lockdown, the Lorraine Management Innovation Collegium was keen to find students a solution to replace their internship. Thus, students from different fields were gathered, as well as administrative staff, in order to imagine the world of tomorrow together.
On the program? A new approach to RSO with exchanges, theatre, debates, serious games and team work in order to understand the different facets of the responsibility of organisations. This training was an opportunity for the participants to confront their ideas, discuss their ideal world, analyse RSO reports from large companies and project themselves on concrete projects. Students of 3rd year of Bachelor, Management and economic and social administration, masters in Project Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales, engineers in double degree with the IAE Metz, BTS students from the Lycée Robert Schuman and administrative staff of the two IAE took up the challenge by putting in place justified and committed recommendations that will undoubtedly shape a new relationship to the world.
