“48 hours to bring ideas to life” at the IAE Metz School of Management

A look back at the 22nd edition of the “48 hours to bring ideas to life” educational event which took place from November 25th to 27th at the IAE Metz School of Management. This event is organised by the Lorraine Management Innovation Collegium in partnership with the ENSGSI.

For this 2021 edition, the event was supported by the ORION programme: Dare to Research!

The 48 hours brought together, on the Metz site, more than 120 participants from a range of training courses in the Grand Est region, from bac+2 level to doctorate level.

Among the participants : 1st year of Master’s degree in  Marketing, Sales, Innovation and 2nd year of Master’s degree in Project Management students from IAE Metz but also DUT GACO students from IUT Moselle-Est, GEA students from IUT Metz, IUT Henri Poincaré of Longwy, IDMC, UFR MIM, double degree students from IAE Nancy and Mines Nancy, but also PhD students from the University of Lorraine (LCOMS, 2L2s, CREM, LEM3) and ORION scholarship holders.

These students with diverse profiles were confronted with concrete cases submitted by partner companies. While mobilising their respective creativity and skills, the students were able to work in teams and develop innovative ideas to meet the needs expressed by Hermès, Pumpkin and Urbanloop.

At the end of the event, the most relevant projects and concepts were honoured during an award ceremony with Marc Sciamanna, vice-president of the Metz Eurometropole in charge of higher education, as master of ceremony.

This experience was rich in innovation and creativity and will enable the participants to use it in their future professional and student projects.

Congratulations!
