PROJECTIQUE: Release of the collective work “Entreprendre et Innover dans les formations à l’université” (“Entrepreneurship and innovation in university education”)!

Elisabeth Deschanet, Director of the Lorraine Management Innovation Collegium, Ilias Majdulin, Director of the Polytechnic School of Agadir and Christopher Schmitt, Head of PeeL and Vice-President of the University in charge of Entrepreneurship and Incubation, are pleased to announce the publication of the collective work “Entreprendre et innover en formation: partage d’expériences pédagogiques” (“Entrepreneurship and innovation in training: sharing educational experiences”).

This book is part of the Projectique international colloquium on the theme “Entrepreneurship and innovation in training: sharing educational experiences” originally scheduled in Agadir in April 2020. Projectique was born in 1995 from a strong friendship between Jean-Pierre Claveranne (IFROSS, University of Lyon 3, France) and Jean-Michel Larrasquet (ESTIA Bidart, France) around a common interest: complexity in organisations.

This interest in question has given rise not only to regular conferences on the Bidart side, in the Basque Country, but also to the creation of a journal in three languages (French, English and Spanish). More than 25 years later, the Projectique spirit is still present. Indeed, faced with the constraints of lockdown, the organising committee decided to continue to bring Projectique to life by replacing the usual colloquium that has been taking place in spring at Universiapolis in Agadir, Morocco, for the past 5 years, with a book containing the contributions that the researchers had planned to present. Under the impetus of the Lorraine Management Innovation Collegium  of the University of Lorraine, of Universiapolis and PeeL, the Projectique community has therefore come together around a theme related to the idea of entrepreneurship in training.

At a time when many questions are being asked about how to teach, this book questions how to approach and rethink teaching in order to respond to new societal challenges. It groups eighteen contributions where experiences carried out by actors and training professionals in different fields are presented, as well as their reflections on new educational models. In the continuity of these reflections, innovative educational practices are also exposed which approach, from an original angle, new ways of undertaking and innovating in and through training.
